Founded by Stephen George in 1982, Ashton Hills has acquired an international reputation as one of Australia's finest Pinot Noir producers. The cellar door is rustic, warm and inviting – and has, like its wine, stood the test of time! Featuring a magnificent deck overlooking the estate vineyard and Mount Lofty, it's the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine, with a selection of local cheeses to help you take in the view.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at CRFT's Tasting Room, overlooking the beautiful NASAA Certified Organic 'Arranmore' Vineyard. Winemakers Candice Helbig and Frewin Ries (a wife-and-husband team) specialise in small-batch, single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay. Pull up a pew at the sunny terrace bar or plonk yourself beside the roaring stone fireplace on cool days, and taste through wine flights, wine by the glass or bottle, and local cheese grazing plates. By the way, CRFT is pronounced 'craft'.
